I’m Emma, a qualified holistic nutritionist (BHSc)
I’m a degree-qualified Nutritionist (Bachelor of Nutrition Science), and my practice combines traditional healing principles with modern, evidence-based science to support women on their journey toward sustainable, long-term wellness.
I use food as medicine to support health and vitality, focusing on foundational systems like digestion, blood sugar regulation, detoxification pathways and nervous system health.
My approach is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience — supporting the body’s natural design and providing it with the raw materials it needs to function optimally. My goal is to educate and empower clients so they can better understand their bodies and make informed, sustainable choices for both physical and mental wellbeing.
