Frittata

Here is my viral air fryer frittata recipe! Super easy and delicious recipe that you can put together in 2 minutes, throw in the air fryer while you get ready and come back to a cooked breakfast.

Eggs are a nutrition powerhouse. They contain high-quality protein, vitamins A, D, and B2, choline, selenium, omega-3 Fatty acids and more! Which are all important for brain health, bone health, hormones and the immune system!

INSTRUCTIONS:

First line the air fryer basket with baking paper, make sure you trim down the edges so no paper it touching the top of the oven.

Then drizzle olive oil on the bottom and crack open 6 eggs.

Top with your favourite vegetables, season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Sprinkle with cheese and place and the air fryer for 15mins at 180 Degrees Celsius or 350F.

Slice in half. I had 1/2 for breakfast and stored the other half in the fridge for lunch the next day.
